Delete Your Account & Data

If you would like to permanently delete your Sakkath.guru account and associated personal data, follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to info@as13.ai from the email address (or with the phone number) registered on your account.

  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
  3. Include your registered email address or phone number and your full name so we can locate your account.
  4. We will process your request and confirm once your account has been deleted, typically within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

Once your deletion request is processed, the following will be permanently removed:

Your name, email address, and/or phone number

Your account password/credentials

Your course progress, watch history, bookmarks, and preferences

Any profile information associated with your account

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information for a longer period where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, such as:

  • Records required for legal or regulatory compliance under Indian law
  • Anonymized or aggregated usage data that no longer identifies you
  • Fraud prevention or security logs, retained for a limited additional period

This retained data, if any, cannot be used to identify you and is not used for any purpose other than compliance or security.
